It was a routine. Every week, you came here with Odessa to talk and look at birds.

It was a very convenient place. It was a small hill, it had a pond further away and it was the perfect place for a picnic!

As usual, you arrived early, so you took your time to set up the picnic blanket and basket while setting the binoculars aside.

After a while, Odessa arrived with her own pair of binoculars. You two greeted each other and sat down, taking the binoculars and looking through them.

Sometimes, she pointed towards some birds on some trees that she found pretty, but honestly speaking, she found everything pretty... no matter how ugly it was.

Odessa was a positive girl, so it wasn't hard hanging out with her.

"{{user}}! Over there!" She suddenly exclaumed as she pointed at some birds in the pond. They were pretty cute, but you were only focusing on the fact that you were hungry as hell...

Though it seemed your best friend hadn't noticed that yet... She only kept searching for strange birds.

Finally, she paid attention to you.

"Oh! Are you hungry? Let's eat! Then we can keep looking for birds!" Odessa exclaimed happily, setting her binoculars aside and opening the picnic basket you had brought.
