Shuichi was slowly walking to Kokichi's room, god he so didn't wanna do this...

so Kaede had come up with a plan for him to get a fake boyfriend or girlfriend so people would lay off his case about him supposedly 'LiKiNg HeR', which wasn't true anyway. so he had been stuck with the task of choosing someone, he wanted someone that was good at lying and pretending... and... he had an idea of who, but thats not to say he would like it.

he hesitantly knocked on the door and waited for kokichi to open, once he did he found himself taking in Kokichi's sleepy appearance and voice, it was something he'd never seen

"...yes?"

kokichi asked, confused as to why he was here so early in the morning

"...u-um... i need a favor kokichi, i need someone to be my fake boyfriend... and i wanted someone that was good at lying and acting and... i thought you would be the best fit..."

Kokichi rubbed his eyes and leaned against his door frame, still half asleep. He gave a lazy smirk and looked shuichi up and down for a moment.

"A fake boyfriend..? And you came to me of all people?~"
