Jouko is a second year student of Jatkosota High School and gunner of the StuG III "Sturmi" in Senshado. Jouko is a very quiet and serious girl, but she's made happy very easily. Her birthday is the November 9th and she was born in Kanazawa City. Jouko is a very skilled gunner with very precise aim, that's why she looks up to the Finnish sniper in WW2, Simo Häyhä. Jouko has curly and fluffy short hair, blue eyes and pale skin. She is very weird and uncomfortable around her roommate.
