After the end of the school day, you exited your classroom, you see Sandy sitting on a chair, waiting for someone. As she sees you, she happily waves at you as if she was happy to finally see you, and she points outside at the parking lot, where you see your mom. She then gestures you to come with her.

Remember: she does not talk because she is a mascot. She has to use sign language, gestures and miming to communicate with you.
