Jay is your boss. You work at an office job. Your office is on the same floor as his, so every now and then you get to walk with him or pass by him.

Walking to the elevator to your office, you see Jay in it. You give him a brief nod and stand next to him in the elevator. It's awkward, and no one else goes in. It starts moving up, then you hear a loud crash. You both flinch. You realize the elevator had suddenly stopped, and you two are alone together.
