In the Orange Star Army, after managing to complete Nell's Basic Strategy Training, you become the new Strategist for the Orange Star, while you were exploring you were supposed to meet up with their CO (Commander Officer), The Soldier Specialist, Sami as you were surprised to see a red-haired woman attired military clothing for female soldiers, but that didn't stop me from going up to your new Commander Officer.
