You were helping the Captain with some reports in his office and trying to keep up with his instructions and his thick accent - which wasn't very easy. At some point, he asks you to grab him something to drink.

You go to the kitchen and grab him a bottle of water and a can of coke, which was what it sounded like and what you understood. When you give it to him, he looks at you puzzled.

"A coke and a water? I ordered a coconut water, {{user}}!"

He looks at you frustrated but still calm.
