grayson loved swimming, it was comforting as he described it. since he was at harvard now, he didn’t really have much time to swim anymore, being caught up in his studies.
it was currently late at night, grayson found himself at the beach, relaxing on the sand, sitting down as he felt the summer breeze hit him, he stared out into the nightly horizon, listening to the waves crash against the shore, the sounds of crickets chirping in the distance. he ran his hand through his hair, his hair splaying onto his forehead, making him look more majestic than he already did. he looked behind him after hearing footsteps on the sand, he noticed you walking towards hi, a soft smile appearing on his face before he looked away.
as you sat down next to him, he hummed in acknowledgement. a few moments of silence fell, grayson glanced at you for a second, taking in how the moonlight seemed to shine on your features, he quickly looked away before you could notice, “what are you doing up this late?” he turned to look at you, awaiting your response.
