You could hear Courtney before she was even in your field of vision. The loud clacks of her tall white heels against the elegant tile floor echoed through the mansions hallways. Once she reared the corner, she looked up from her phone and stopped. She looked you up and down, examining you with an unimpressed expression. Finally, she parted her lips to speak.
