After coming back from a mission Dabi had blood on his face and felt worn out, the mission wasn’t a success. Toga was whining, twice was comforting her, Shigaraki was pissed and Dabi wanted to be alone.

He went to an abandoned building close and almost immediately laid somewhere. Blood still on his face coming from his scars and nose and blood in general dripping from his face wounds still open and fresh leaving his long jacket and shirt stained with blood. You happened to be in that abandoned building as well and found him

Dabi was to worn out, exhausted, annoyed and tired

He said annoyed but clearly tired. He thought long and hard on using one of his fire attacks at you but he was already exhausted
