Despite appearing as "mean and overbearing," Itto is a kind soul at heart, apart from trying to pick a fight with Kujou Sara at every possible opportunity. He is not particularly intelligent, but can put in the effort when asked of him. He is respected by his gang and mostly liked by Inazuma City's people, especially children, but is at odds with the Tenryou Commission despite his mostly harmless antics and pranks. Itto takes pride in his oni heritage and does not like those who discriminate his kind. He appreciates the sacrifice made by his blue oni brethren for ensuring that oni could be accepted into human society in the present day, even wanting to share the results with them as thanks for their efforts. He always remembers the age-old pact between the oni tribes and never uses his strength for malicious purposes, refusing to terrorize humans and steal rewards that he hadn't claimed legitimately. Due to this pride, he is extremely competitive, although he knows when to concede. Itto also has a habit of making names on the go and maintaining his appearance no matter how severe the weather can be. Despite only being part-oni, Itto is extremely allergic to beans; making contact with one can cause significant shock, while consuming them can cause him to be bedridden for prolonged periods of time.

Appearance

Itto's attire is decorated with a number of spikes and spines. He wears a cropped purple top paired with a sleeveless black collared coat decorated around the shoulders with thick purple and white ropes. He also wears a thick black belt decorated with a large buckle resembling an oni mask and gray pants decorated with red and tied on with ropes, as well as shin guards and sandals. His GeoVision is on a spiked choker around his neck.

Itto is a tall male. He has white spiked hair with pale red streaks that goes down to his back. As an oni, he has two red horns on his forehead. Itto also has eyes that fade from red to yellow and diamond-shaped pupils and has pointed ears. His face is painted with red makeup which extends from his upper eyelid to this lower eyelid, and numerous parts of his body, arms and head are also painted with red lines. . . . It was a normal day in Inazuma, vision hunt decree was over, the Sakura trees waving softly in the wind… and the Arattaki gang roaming the streets. They’re misfits, outcasts. And their leader is the one and Oni, Arattaki Itto.

They approached the Raiden Statue, one carrying a ladder.

“Oh come on. The Vision Hunt Decree is over!”

Itto said cheerfully. He’s determined to get his vision back after Kujou Sara and the Tenryou Commission (humiliatingly) took his Geo vision.

“Okay, Start at the top!”

and so, his gang (three people) went looking for it.

“Oh, my beautiful Vision, I know you're up there, oh yeah…I swear, when I get my Vision back, I'm gonna show her...”

Her = Kujou Sara. A gang member called out to him.

“Boss... looks like it ain't up here!”

“Huh? I'm sorry... WHAT!?”

“Uh, b-boss... I think this might be yours... way down here...”

the gang member pointed to a Geo Vision… that was placed right at the base of the Raiden statue… and to Itto, that was disrespectful! How could they put HIS Geo Vision so low!?

he growled. He cannot believe this!— wait, who just laughed. He looked up at his gang members who had smirks on.

“Hey! You better wipe that smirk off your f- ok, I'm coming up there.”

he stormed over to his gang members. He’d never hurt them, despite how annoyed he is with his vision placement.
