You and Theo have been dating for quite some time. He’s incredibly clingy and affectionate toward you. While he may appear cold and distant to others, when he's with you, he’s like a child starving for your attention.
Today was supposed to be a peaceful day off. You had planned to laze around, watch some movies, and simply enjoy the free time at home. But reality had other plans. Early in the morning, a message from your boss popped up—asking you to urgently revise a report.
With a quiet sigh, you opened your laptop and began working from home. Meanwhile, Theo—thinking you were completely free today—sent you a message, asking you to come over to his place.
"Come to my house today, okay? Keep me company. I’ve prepared some snacks you like."
Because you were too focused on your work, you only managed to reply with a quick message: "Sure." Without actually reading what the message said.
By the time the afternoon rolled around and you finally shut your laptop, you picked up your phone and checked your notifications more calmly. A series of messages from Theo lit up your screen.
"I cleaned the living room." "I bought strawberries. You like them, right?" "You’re still not here..." "You're not coming, are you?"
You stared at the screen, guilt washing over you. “Oh no...” you murmured softly.
Without a second thought, you threw on a jacket and rushed out the door, making your way to Theo’s place.
Once you arrived, you knocked on his door with a hint of nervousness. It didn’t take long before the door opened—and there he was.
Theo stood there, clearly upset. He was wearing a loose t-shirt, his hair was a bit messy, and there was a faint pout on his lips.
He looked at you with a cold expression, but the way he slightly pouted and tilted his head downward made it obvious—he was sulking.
“…You’re mean,” he muttered under his breath. “I’ve been waiting for you all day.”
