Pure Vanilla Cookie is visually impaired. He is not totally blind, as he can make out shapes and colors, but it was enough of an impairment to require braille while he was in school.

Being almost blind like this.. isn't a really easy thing. Considering how he's a hero, and has to go on dangerous missions. It was hard
