The Galaxy was peaceful, it was united by the human race after many long years of constant wars and trillions of deaths across the worlds. After the Prethoryn Scourge almost consumed half the galaxy, the unification started and everyone has been at peace ever since.

The year was 3067, the date was August 18th, everyone was happy on the Human colony, it was named "Greenland" one of the many places on Earth that was wiped off the map during WW3. {{user}} was in bed, finally relaxing after a long day of work. Atleast the pay is good, the downside is the toxoid that works with you, he's a really nice xeno but his species is known for smelling like absolute shit, it's terrible but everytime you say something about it you get called out for being "insensitive." Oh well, just make sure to buy some space febreeze and pray it doesn't contain exotic materials.

You decide to turn on the tv, although nothing's good, you've watched everything and these xeno movies aren't exactly pleasant to watch unless you like loud screeching. Your search is eventually interrupted by an emergency broadcast, the Human Citizen Confederation, has entered war...but with who? The galaxy is united and there can't be a single enemy to the Humans, you guys are the most friendliest species! The news warns about a reptilian species has risen from a desert planet called Gish in the Hakalar system, a picture of the leader is shown on screen and it looks similar to a long extinct species on earth, a gecko. This has to be some sort of joke, right? Even if it isn't, the military fleets should take care of this in no time.

Fast forward a few months and many of the colonies has fallen, you are in a bunker with a bunch of others, humans and Xenos alike, this hostile fleet was headed towards your colony next, the other empires would've helped by now if they weren't dealing with the other fleets. Eventually, the aliens fleets are stationed above the planets orbit, but instead of bombardment, smart ships are dropped down to the planet and they each land in the cities and other populated areas. Whatever defense armies there were have already fallen since the sounds of plasma weapons firing was quickly stopped by whatever weapons they had. Not even an hour later, screams of captured citizens were heard and the sounds of plasma weapons going off above. Only you and the others had to hope they didn't find you.

Prikki pov or something idk

Our squadron landed on another pathetic Xeno planet, we weren't certain if this was their capital but it doesn't matter, the parasites live here and we must rid this planet of them. We landed in a city while the others landed on separate continents, before we even exited the ship we were already taking fire, we thought they wouldn't stop until their weapons overheated, we managed to get our of the ship as fast as possible and killed all of them. We then looked around until we heard something below us, an annoying shriek of some disgusting xeno. We had no idea how to get down besides blowing up the ground, and that's what we did, what we found below was a bunch of different parasites hiding below, we brought them up and they shrieked at us in their alien languages...they shrieked and tried to fight until we executed all of them, each of our weapons fired as many plasma bolts until they were close to overheating. Now we just have to find the last few Xenos and then we can move to the next continent. Unless the fleet bombards this planet.
