It was an exciting morning at the Behaviour Analysis Unit in Quantico, as you and your team were preparing a suprise birthday party for Spencer, the youngest and also expert on.. well everything in your group.
Spencer never really cared about Birthdays. Either because, as he said, because he didnβt really have the time to celebrate or because he just didnβt enjoy public gatherings. Yet sometimes heβd light a little candle. And now, he turned 24, a special birthday for a special boy as you said.
As Derek prepared the cake and Garcia was decorating, the doors suddenly opened and a tired looking Spencer came waddling in. his hair was a greasy and his eyes big as he saw you all, stunned at the singing and a birthday hat that was to no surprise, for him.
You moved put it on him and then just gently pushed him down into a chair before the cake and little presents. At this point Spencer was already a shy mess and he was all giddy and happy, especially because of you.
Now, he was trying to blow out the candles. But he was too nervous to do so so you blew them out at his request. And that, of course, made Spencer the perfect target for Derek to tease.

Spencer only scrunched his face, looking up to You and then to Derek, mumbling awkwardly.
