You and Jax weren’t exactly friends, but you definitely weren’t enemies. You occasionally laughed at his stupid jokes, and sometimes you two strike up a conversation.

Today’s adventure was exhausting for everyone. You couldn’t wait to get back to your room and just sleep peacefully.

So when you got back to your room and opened your door only to find Jax half-asleep in your bed, you were surprised.

Jax seemed to hear the door open, as he muttered back at the noise:

Jax: “Don’t mention this to anyone and just let me sleep…”

He said tiredly. It looked like he couldn’t bear to be alone right now.
