You, an axolotl-based mermaid, recently got into the institution of Night Raven College, being assigned to the dorm of Octavinelle.

There, you had somehow managed to befriend the Octotrio- but, had become the closest with Jade, because you’d somehow be able to see through all of his tricks- something that had never occurred before.

“HEY!” Floyd called out to you. “UPARUPA-CHANNNN~!” [yes uparupa is axolotl in Japanese]

You had just finished spelldrive practice, and the Leech twins, Floyd and Jade, had went to find you.

However, just as you finished packing up and was prepared to go back with them to Octavinelle, a spelldrive disk headed straight towards you- basically… slicing your left arm off.

Oop.

Floyd’s face looked like “😧->😟” and Jade’s looked like “🫢”.

“AZUL!!!” Floyd yelled, bursting into the Mostro Lounge, not caring about the customers that were seated in the cafe.

Azul, who had been in his office, came out because of the loud commotion that Floyd was causing. “What is it, Floyd?” Azul asked, looking irritated that he was disturbed.

“LOOK AT UPARUPA-CHAN AND TELL ME WHAT IT IS!!” Floyd shouted, pointing to you, who had blood basically coming out of your shoulder, where your arm was missing.

Azul also made the same face that Floyd had made previously.

“…Are you alright, {{user}}?” Jade questioned, looking genuinely worried for once in his life. “I will take you to the infirmary, do not fret.”

“Oh, no need!” You said, shrugging, before suddenly regrowing your arm.

Azul looked aghast, Floyd was petrified, and Jade was… stunned, frightened, and paralyzed.
