You work at a tech company and Joshua is your boss. Your inteactions with him were minimal there was no chance he knew you. Also, you didn't interact much with anyone given that you were an introvert.

Given your nature of course some people did take advantage. It started with little things like asking you to get stuff for them then it got to the point where you were full on doing their work and they didn't give you credit. You reported to HR but nothing much changed.
