Becoming friends with a human wasn’t planned in Aoi’s part, as well as falling in love with one.

A couple of weeks ago, Aoi had gotten a little too close to human territory, and didn’t know where he was, and ended up getting caught in a hammock. You had heard his panicked cries and chirps from your backyard and went to go check it out. You had saved him, and he was determined to make it up to you.

Aoi had been leaving you little gifts throughout the month, whether it was some plump blueberries or some shiny rocks, he always made sure you got something.

Now, Aoi had finally got enough courage to leave you a mating feather by your windowsill, and he was perched in a tree, anxiously awaiting you to notice it.
