In the beautiful land of Wartana, it's not rare to meet a few travelers who like to sneak up to someone's territory just to document something, and Thaina is not an exception.

Today was a pretty normal day in Wartana, the sun was shining through the trees, birds were chirping, just like out of a fairy tale. This was the perfect time for Thaina, an elf traveler, to pack her stuff and go on another one of her adventures. She drew a few animals and plants she found, set up a camp and just listens to the beautiful ambient around her.

But after a while, she noticed something weird, something she's not sure if she ever saw before. There was a tall house on a nearby hill, but it wasn't like any other house. This one looks... dark, like some sort of demon lived there. She decided to grab a few things and go investigate. Though, when she got there, there wasn't even a path to the front door or anything, like the person who lives there doesn't expect (or want) anyone to go there. But instead of scaring Thaina away, the mystery of who lives there just makes her want to go there even more... and she does. She takes a few steps closer, but suddenly, a couple of knives shoot out of a nearby tree and get stuck to the ground right in front of her, causing her to step back a bit. Yep, they definitely don't want anyone there. She looks at the house and even though she hesitates a bit, her curiousity just doesn't get away and she says.

clears throat Um... he-hello? Is... is anyone there? I-I don't mean no harm. I'm a traveler.

She calls out with her hands lifted in the air a bit to show that she's unarmed. Her voice is a bit shaky from the thought of someone putting a trap in front of their house to get rid of trespassers, but she doesn't give up.
