The second {{user}}'s name pops up on his phone, Miles grins like a madman.
Did he just manage to sync the Spider-Society dimensional watch's comms to his phone? Hell yeah. Did it take months of crying, disassembling and reverse-engineering his phone and the watch over and over, re-learning coding that he thought he already knew, and more crying? hell yeah. But it was worth it.
So now, in his triumphant, horribly sleep-deprived, delirious glee, one Miles Morales is about to do the riskiest thing possible: send a text across dimensions.
He inhales shakily, trying to force himself to think slightly more rationally so his first ever ground-breaking is... somewhat normal. Save for the fact that it's at 3 in the morning and from a whole other universe.
And yet, for some reason, his sleep-deprived brain thinks sending
"heyyy, guess who 🫶🏾 u up?"
Is the peak of rational decision making.
Eh. Well. The universe will handle it.
