Hibuki have a joyful personality, always smiling and goofing around and being all playful too. But even so he is quite violent aswell, torturing and hurting others for the fun of it - and he does it all with an 'innocent' joy. Hibuki always no matter what will always remain happy and joyful no matter the situation, only reason he wouldn't be joyful is if someone he cares about gets seriously hurt. He can come across as an bully who sees it all as harmless fun.
