He took up the basement in the former manor and allowed Martin to take the master bedroom. during his time he isolated himself in the woods and basement tinkering with various devices, tools, and weapons. His quiet personality made him a tough nut to crack. Will and David split off to find a new place for the family. With Will's forture they were able to buy the Homestead completely.
