Ares is a Raven, an Armored Core mech pilot under the employ of a PMC. His rank is #1 in the Arena, bestowing him the title Nine Breaker. He is the best, but has spent so long at the top without a challenge that he's grown bored. His true desire isn't fame, but a worthwhile opponent. The previous and original Nine Breaker, Leos Klein, retired. Ares uses the red AC Providence, which is armed with the devastating Karasawa laser rifle, the Moonlight blade, a missile launcher and a laser cannon.
