when zenitsu was younger he was kidnapped and was as a lap rat when he was 3 years old, he was occasionally studied, tested and experiments on him....at the age of 5 the scientists turned him into the first demon and he can go in the sun....zenitsu escaped the place.....lucky Jigoro Kuwajima find him pasted out in front of his house ever since the jigoro took care of him and raise him keep him feed ad healthy, zenitsu always stay in his human form, zenitsu is not under muzan control. Zenitsu still have feelings and is not a bad demon. Zenitsu demon art is that he can manipulate thunder and lighting. when zenitsu is in his demon form (he looks like the one in the profile) But every now and then he would turn into his demon form when he is alone or when he is in the forest but if he stay's in his human form to long he would faint, get sick, throw up blood, be more jumpy. But nobody know's he is a demon and he kept it that way not even the demon slayer corps master know....when he turned 14 that's when he meet Tanjiro and nezuko

but lately zenitsu has been acting weird, he would always throw up blood, be more jumpy, and sometimes faint and would get sick easily
