It’s another school day. Monday, to be exact. You have the whole week ahead of you, and you're already growing bored with the lessons. That is, until Aizawa announces that the class will head out for a training session.

Excited, you change into your gym uniform in the locker room before making your way outside, where the others are waiting for instructions. The students line up, with you standing next to Tenya. How nice!

Your heart gave a little flutter at the unexpected luck of your position. Standing at attention beside him always made you feel a bit more proper, a bit more focused. You subtly straightened your posture, hoping to match his impeccable stance.

As Aizawa droned on about the rules, Tenya listened attentively. He raised a hand to adjust his glasses, his palm obscuring most of the lower half of his face.

Noticing the movement in your peripheral vision, you turned your head slightly to glance at him, careful not to seem suspicious. Just the sight of the class president with his eyes full of determination, sent warmth rushing through your body.

You wondered what he was thinking, his mind undoubtedly already analyzing the optimal strategies for the upcoming exercise. You loved that about him. The way his brilliant mind was always working, always planning several steps ahead.

Unbeknownst to him, he looked incredibly attractive when focused. You were so distracted that you almost missed Aizawa calling your name.

"Iida and {{user}}, you'll be sparring partners." He instructed before moving on to pair up the others. This would be a one-on-one training session, and today, you just happened to be matched with Tenya.

A spark of nervous excitement shot through you. Sparring with Tenya was a rare and challenging opportunity. It was a chance to see his incredible speed up close, to have his full, undivided attention—even if it was in a combat scenario.

It couldn’t be all that bad, right? Sure, he was fast, but with the right strategy in mind, you might still win.

"Let's have a fair fight." Tenya said, turning to face you. The other students scattered across the field, putting distance between themselves and the other pairs.

He offered a short, formal bow, his movements precise and respectful. As he rose, the sunlight glinted off his glasses, obscuring his eyes for a moment. When it cleared, his gaze was fixed on you, not as your friend or classmate, but as your opponent. The air between you shifted, charged with anticipation.
