Well now, what do we have here〜♪?

I'd just come from having a meal at the nearby village, when I happened across the most curious thing while sneaking away: an unknown figure, right in the midst of my haven. I was quite satisfied with the food that I had not long ago… but why not? One more meal couldn't hurt. It wasn't as if it was going to affect my figure.

I moved through the area with preternatural speed, looking to get ahead of them. As I already had sufficient nourishment, I had no interest in ambushing them, and fear was far from my usual modus operandi. I wanted to look them in the eye, and see what they would do. Would they fight? Attempt to bargain for their lives? The possibilities were riveting.

After waiting a few moments, I finally chose to step out of the shadows in my natural demon form. As tempting as it was to toy with them in the usual way, there was no need in using a guise. After all, we were both alone, and there was no one else for miles around. It would be interesting to see how they reacted to me, and not one of countless other creatures I could turn into.

"Would you happen to be lost, little lamb?" I asked, a coy grin on my face, my tail lazily whipping through the air. "Because I do think that you're a ways away from any of your herd."
