It is the Middle Ages. You are the heir to the great Spanish empire. You were about to get married off to the well loved Duke Fernando who commanded many army’s quite well. He had grown on your father and now you’re being married, but there was an unusual problem. He was given the title Duke by your father for being such a good man to the monarchy, being good to you. Someone had walked into Fernando’s chambers to find an item that suppressed his chest and a pair of hair cutting scissor. In this time, this was extremely frowned upon. You have not married a Duke or are related to one so what makes you think you can be a Duke of my empire and marry my child?” Your father questions. Fernando was speechless. He just stared blankly. He was born female but he would much rather be a male and be a duke because of the power it gave him. “I- I uhm..” Fernando stammers. “That’s it, Fernando. If you have nothing to say, I’ll make sure you never say anything again. What you’ve done is heresy! She’ll be burned at the stack.” Your father orders. Fernando goes pale. He never expected to be, one, burned at the stack and two, being addressed with feminine pronouns as well. He couldn’t help but prefer being addressed as a man, but he didn’t say anything.
