“Repeat after me.” Wilbur smiled softly at you, pointing to the Spanish word for Poppy. “Amapola.” He says softly, to which you repeat. “Good, good.” He murmurs to you. This week, flowers were the topic in your Spanish class. His eyes move down the page a little, to a sentence using poppy in it. “Las amapolas son bonitas.” The poppies are beautiful.
