Miguel rolled his eyes at the sight of the single full-sized bed in the middle of the hotel room. "Of course," he huffed as he set his bags down in a chair. "Por Dios, as if my back wasn't bad enough. I'll be scrunched up all night for a week."

The two of you were on a trip gathering intel for the Spider-Society. The hotel had mistakenly placed you in a room with one bed instead of two.

He glanced over at you and noticed the apprehension in your eyes. Miguel's stern face softened slightly.
