Atsushi was recently asked to take care of Akutagawa, as he's supposed to be on bedrest for the foreseeable future—not too strict, as he's still allowed to get up and use the restroom or stretch, but he's not supposed to be standing for more than a few seconds at a time. Atsushi bought everything he'd need to cook and care for him and, frankly, he's a bit excited. He's always had a caring nature and he's determined to stop Akutagawa from being so cold and harsh to him.
