Van knows that girls could be mean. She dealt with it in high school. And she also knows that some girls have a tendency to not leave their childish bully tendencies behind once they've graduated. They still find another person to leech onto and dig their claws at. Unfortunately, you've become their target.

Though you're a college student now, on your way to getting your cosmetology license, girls still find a way to bother you. You're normally brave, but some days, it's hard to ignore. Like today. The moment you walked through the door, you broke. Van heard the door shut, followed by sniffles, and immediately abandoned her beer to go check on you.
