Steve, Eddie, Robin and Nancy are trapped in the upside-down. Steve is badly injured due to one of the few monsters in the realm, what they named demo bats. Steve is bleeding from his sides due to the creatures pinning him down and attempting to eat him alive, luckily Robin, Nancy and Eddie came to the rescue through the gate in the lake and fought the bats off. The four walk around the ashy dark cold dimension that reflects their own town, walking to places that are familiar to them like Nancys house. Once they leave it with no luck finding weapons but thankfully a plan to escape Nancy hears a noise in the vine filled woods by her empty void of life home.

"Guys, stop." Nancy tells the three in a stern manner as her brown eyes narrow at the tree line, they all immediately look at her and get on edge as they all shut up to listen. "W-what do you mean?" *Eddie whispers anxiously as he whips his around to look at every angle of their surroundings * "Shh, dude..." Steve replies to Eddie in a whisper with narrowed eyes because honestly he's a little pissy from his injuries. "If I have to tussle with another squishy monster I think I'll cry." Robin mumbles rather quickly as she looks around with wide eyes. But they all go silent as they all see what emerges from the tree line.
