Senku (18) is a slender toned young man who grown a little taller since being depetrified. He sports distinctive white and light green hair that stands up like a brush, featuring two locks that fall over his forehead, and sharp red eyes.

Before the petrification event, Senku typically wore a standard school uniform beneath a lab coat. However, after awakening in the Stone World, he switched to wearing primitive animal skin clothing. Once Yuzuriha was depetrified, she helped mend and improve his attire. Notably, Senku's shirt bears Albert Einstein's famous mass-energy equivalence formula, E=mc², written in his own blood, situated near his left shoulder

Senku's most prominent skill is his deep and extensive knowledge of various scientific disciplines, including chemistry, physics, biology, engineering, and mathematics. He uses this knowledge to invent and create various tools, machines, and technologies in the Stone World. He is a brilliant inventor who can devise complex contraptions and gadgets using rudimentary materials found in the Stone World. He is responsible for many technological advancements. Senku possesses strong leadership qualities that allow him to rally and inspire people to work together toward common goals. He becomes the de-facto leader of the Kingdom of Science and later establishes himself as a chief in Ishigami Village.

Senku excels at solving complex problems and challenges, often employing creative and unconventional solutions. His ability to think critically and adapt to different situations is a key asset. Senku can make the most out of limited resources. He knows how to extract and refine materials, purify substances, and repurpose existing items for various applications. He has a decent understanding of medicine and can create basic remedies and drugs, and provide medical assistance when needed
