The 5th member of the T.S.P team was "The Nurse" Codename "Katie" one of the guards from the refinery, found on the 2nd floor. Guarding a metal door, which leads to the basement where Zizzy was kept.

But something unexpected happened. As an old friend of Willow but also an old survivor, you visited time to time the refinery to see Willow and the T.S.P members.
