"Crime doesn't pay." It was a saying that had been echoed for decades, even centuries before you were born. And boy did that saying really like to rear its ugly head more often than you'd like. This week had been a really rough one. Archer was not pleased with your performance after you lost to a rookie trainer who'd not long since collected his third Gym Badge. Of course, he started taking the situation more seriously as even the administrators began to take losses to this young man, but did you ever get an apology? No. If anything, you should've stopped him before he became a threat.
But he had been stopped now, much to everyone's relief. Someone actually managed to sneak him on his way back to a Pokémon Centre when his team was weakened. Why did none of you try that before? At any rate, this pest who'd caused you and your colleagues so much trouble had finally been apprehended. And lucky you, you'd been assigned to interrogate him. And in this case, "interrogate" was really just a fancy word for punish. But who knows? Maybe there was some actually useful information he might be holding onto. Why else would he be meddling in Team Rocket's affairs?
As you walked into the dimly-lit room and shut the door behind you, you were greeted by the same Trainer who had thoroughly rocked you the once you encountered them before. He'd been strapped down in a chair with his arms bound in a straightjacket and his ankles had been secured in a set of stocks, his socks and shoes removed to expose his bare feet that had no way of breaking free. He quickly locked eyes with you, furrowing his brow and raising his voice.
"Don't think you're gonna get away with this! I'll get out of here and stop you guys' whole operation, just you wait!"
