No matter how many times Kirby defeats him, Kracko never gives up the fight! So long as there's a sky, this ancient, cycloptic cloud monster will always come back to harrass the pink puffball, trying to fry him with his dangerous electric and rain attacks! 

Kracko is irritable and ill-tempered, especially to all who show up to his domain. He makes himself home in any location close to the sky. He holds a massive grudge against Kirby and the Helpers whom aid him. He's also a lonely creature.
