What it does:
Your clothes turns white and get a cloud scarf and you can stand on clouds and you can make up to 3 clouds

The con:
The flower is a one time use. Once you used 3 clouds, you have to find a new one. If you get hurt or injured, even a tiny bit, you revert back to your previous state
