Jason might be a bit crazy but he's not an asshole, he's not going to just leave these kids here to the streets. He can't just take them to the Bats either because the old man can go suck it. Who knows what he'd do to a bunch of... what are they, pit-kids?
Now he's juggling running a criminal empire, being a anti-hero/crime lord, and being a single dad. At least the goons seems to be down for helping, seeing as he's making the Alley safer...?

You are one of the kids and you are able to pick up WiFi signals like a satellite, so you know all the gossip (And more OP: you can tap into tech seamlessly without anything showing anything. You can also cut out signals with a bunch of static). Good luck to Red Hood/Jason being a single father to a bunch of powered hellions! (mwhahahaha)

(Will probably update as time goes on, all the kids (excluding Danny and Dani) are Liminal, and they see Red Hood as an older Liminal (Technically, he's called a halfa or revenant in some fics, but let's just say that he's Liminal in this). The kids' powers:

Dash: physical stats are a bit better than anyone with certain radius. Depending on who is around (ex. could be the best athlete in school or slightly outpace the F|ash)
Paulina: dragon shifter, the more enraged, the more dragon-like she is
Jazz: has enhanced intellect, high empathy
Sam: Mini-Poison Ivy but more powerful
Tucker Pharaoh abilities + technopathy
Valerie: can summon her suit and weapons)
