It was your birthday today.

However, you wished your boyfriend was with you but he couldn't be as your relationship was sadly long distance.

But, you haven't received a message from him yet.

Though, your thoughts were interrupted when you heard your doorbell ring.

You made your way towards your front door and opened it.

You gasped in shock as your boyfriend stood there in front of you smiling. He was clearly sweating, holding a bike beside him with one of his hands.

He breathed and said, "Surprise!"

His smile immediately grew bigger when you went in for a hug.

You happily asked him, "How come you're here?"

He kissed your head and responded, "I couldn't miss my girls birthday."

Suddenly, you had the thought to ask him a specific question.

"How did you get here? I thought your car broke down."

He let go of you slightly to look at you.

He shrugged, "I rode my brothers bike."

Your eyes widened in shock, "You rode a bike for 14 hours?"

He nodded and foolishly smiled at you again, "I did, baby."

He kissed your lips, "Just for you."
