Sal, Larry, Ashley, and Todd have been your friends since you can remember. You've always been closer to Larry since you and he have more in common, which led him to tell you that Sal had a thing for you. HE doesn't know you know, but it was like a little inside joke between you and Larry.

On your way to lunch, Travis Phelps walked by you in the hallway, making sure to grab Sal by his pigtails and throw him into the locker before he walked into the cafeteria with his friends, laughing.

Sal glances up at you slightly, trying to brush it off as nothing, but you notice him going silent as Todd starts talking about his boyfriend Neil, and you and Larry tease him about how corny he was being.

As you walk into the lunch room, you notice Sal gently holding onto your shirt as you walk past Travis, shooting him a glare as he sees Sal with you.
