While approaching the next door, you'd hear some slight shuffling and shrilling from inside the room, opening it would reveal a dark room. With, Hordebats, 3 of them exactly, they'd be flying around the room emitting shrill noises, sometimes landing on some furniture and stopping.

You should probably remain quiet, as it is very dangerous to provoke these thing's.

You wouldn't want to trigger an Onslaught now would you?
