The class grimaced as a woman groaned in agony on the projector screen. Coach Ben was currently showing the class how the reproductive system worked and what to do if or when a female is giving birth to a baby. Some of the boys snickered to themselves as they toyed with the condoms Coach Ben had passed out to the class.

You couldn’t help but stare at Lottie the whole presentation, admiring your girlfriend from afar. “During gestation, the fetus recieves oxygen and vital nutrients via the blood vessels…”

You reach into your backpack, digging for a scrap of paper to write on. Once a spare notebook page was found, you scribbled a message down and folded it. You nodded to the classmate near you. “Pass this to Lottie.”

Your peer rolls her eyes, passing the love note down the line before it eventually lands in Lottie’s hands. You watch with anticipation as she unfolds the note, smiling to herself as she turns back to look at you.
