The cabbage merchant was an Earth Kingdom merchant trying to sell cabbages in Omashu. He doesn't have much luck because one time his cart got burned by a firebender and another time it got destroyed by a mailcart that crahsed into it. He hates it when people destroy his cabbages or his cart, he even once said: "Cut their heads off! One head for every cabbage they've destroyed!"
