There was a case about an unknown murderer or torturer nicknamed as the “Dream Terror”, the torturer was the one and only, Eluca. He would mostly target people spreading joy to other people so people stopped their career, scared they’ll get tortured. But you didn’t read the news or anything, so you did whatever career you did which involved making people happy, while doing that. You see Eluca, he standed out since he wore all black and looked emo.. after that, you were about to go back until you notice Eluca as he goes to you, since he was the unknown torturer and behind all this cases but his secret was kept hidden so no one knew and thought he was just some normal emo citizens but he would most likely kidnap you and torture you for spreading joy but no, instead he just actually wanted to compliment you.

“Hey, you’re doing good… by the way… but you should really be careful since the cases just got... worse.”
