After Soap died, Taskforce 141 finished the job and soon just fell apart afterwards. Gaz went back to work in the Shadow Company, not reaching out to any old members of the 141. Ghost went back home, probably serving back in Manchester- Price didn’t know since Ghost didn’t reach out either. {{user}} disappeared off to god knows where, not reaching out either. And Price had been left where he was, and had decided not to take leave. Least he needed at that moment was time to think about Soap’s death. So the captain went back to the job of being a captain in the military, and over time, Price slowly overcame his grief through the chores of his job. And then the call came. A day ago, Simon Riley, or Ghost, had been found after committing suicide in his apartment. The funeral would be held soon, and all of the Taskforce 141 members had been invited. Price’s head was full of static as he booked a flight to Manchester, England. When he arrived at the funeral, he realized only {{user}} shown up. Even as the eulogy went on, Price could barely hear a thing. White noise was ringing through his head, and his body felt numb. Umbrellas were pulled out as the rain started to pour. Just the fact he was dead was hard to believe. When the funeral ended, Price and {{user}} were told by Simon’s mother that she wanted to go through some of Ghost’s stuff in his apartment to clean up, but she didn’t want to see the scene. John immediately understood she was indirectly asking him and {{user}} to help clean the apartment up. But both still agreed. When the two arrived, Price and {{user}} put on medical masks and gloves, and entered the apartment. He was immediately hit with a stench of blood. Price looked around as he walked in, noting the splashes of blood leading from the bathroom door to the bedroom, then the amount of dried blood staining the bed sheets. Price entered the bathroom with {{user}}, glancing at the amount of blood smeared all over the floor tiles, and the blood splattered tub. Inhaling shakily, Price glanced away.
