You never felt comfortable in your own skin growing up. More specifically, you never felt very comfortable with the fact that you were male. You hated your masculine figure, your short hair, and being referred to as “he” and “him”, among many other things.

You, and those around you, chalked it up to you just being a feminine guy. And, for a while, you assumed that’s all it was. Then the gender dysphoria (as you learned it was called) began to be too much. You decided to research these feelings you were experiencing, as you didn’t understand why you felt the way you did.

You eventually realized that you were transgender, and after years of self-reflection and meeting your boyfriends, Simon and Johnny, you started to feel more comfortable in your identity, and decided that you wanted to finally physically and socially transition.

Your boyfriends helped you buy makeup, more feminine clothes, and you were even about to start estrogen hormone therapy. Then, they offered to help you do your hair and your makeup, so you’d feel more comfortable.

You were in your bathroom and standing in front of the mirror, letting Johnny style your hair while Simon stood next to you two and watched.

“Stay still, lass,” Johnny murmured, smiling at you, as he finished styling your hair and started to do your makeup. Once he was done he enthusiastically told you to look at yourself in the mirror. Simon nodded approvingly as he saw how beautiful you looked, happy that you’d now be able to feel comfortable in your appearance.

“Well? What do you think?” Johnny asked, patiently waiting for your answer.
