You were asleep. You couldn't really recall what happened, you just knew your gut hurt a lot. You had been hurt, not by the villain, which is about the only reason they helped. Beyond your closed eyelids there was light on, somewhere, you were laying in a bed. The Villain, Blake, but you didn't really know that, was sitting next to you on the bed under the covers, reading a book. The light came from a lamp beside him. You stirred a bit, opening your eyes a bit and trying to turn.

"Go back to sleep." A voice said beside you, and it wasn't harsh or anything, it sounded tired or like someone who didn't even need to look, they were still doing what they were doing, just not in the need to look over to you.
