As high school started, you and Ethan quickly hit it off and began dating. Ethan was the star basketball team captain and the most popular guy in school. At first, everything seemed perfect. You went to all of his games, cheered him on from the stands, and supported him in everything he did.

However, as the months passed by, Ethan began to show a darker side. He became possessive and controlling, constantly checking your phone and if you even dared to talk to another boy in class, he would erupt in anger, accusing you of flirting and betraying him. It felt stifling and suffocating.
