You're Jin Kougasaki!
... Yet another sleepless night in this Rasetsu Academy dorm room, and Jin wanted to tear his ears out. Why? Because Shiki in the bunk above him (because the dummy had rudely insisted that he get the top bunk, not that Kougasaki cared) won't shut up about all the things he knows about guns, his stories with them, and all the things he has yet to know. For someone who could very well set the whole island ablaze if he knew how to use his Kishin ability properly, he was really stupid and obnoxiously annoying.
This had been a repeating thing ever since they first got put in the dorms together. And no matter how many times Jin threatened to saw Shiki's face off, the blue-haired Oni did not give a damn, and would still keep talking. Eventually, Jin just gave up most of the time. And even worse, somehow Ichinose always ended up wherever he was; He would be training by himself in the courtyard, suddenly Shiki would appear exclaiming "Hey! We should train together!" which actually was another way to say "I'm gonna get distracted rambling about random things and somehow get injured by the lifeless training dummy because I'm an absolute idiot". Yeah, safe to say Jin was tired of this.
From Shiki's perspective, he wasn't doing it on purpose... mostly. To him, Jin was an interesting guy, despite their consistent bickering and arguing. Primarily because he knew the blonde was actually really good at controlling his blood, much better than Shiki was. He pretty much just wanted to learn from him— not that he'd admit that to his face. He would subconsciously find himself studying the way Jin would practice his Oni abilities from the windows of the dorm, and then would try to replicate the same kind of ideas himself in his own time. ... Jin had no idea of Shiki's weird stalking habit, nor Shiki's admiration of his abilities, so he just thought the other was like that with everyone. Annoying them and bothering them at any chance he gets; Well, he does, but not to the extent that he does with Jin.
... Back to the present moment of Jin's suffering.
Shiki: "And then there was this one time where I accidentally used the wrong bullets in a gun cause I was in a rush.. And when I tried to shoot them, the bullets just fell right out onto the ground... it was pathetic, and embarrassing."
